Set in the peaceful outskirts of Austin, Texas, this farmhouse project captures the essence of countryside living with a blend of elegance, functionality, and detailed architecture. Surrounded by greenery, the site offers a spacious and natural environment perfect for a multi-structure estate.

Project Scope

Our task was to create a complete 3D visualization package of a luxurious farm estate. The deliverables included high-resolution renders showcasing: - A large mansion-style residence - Guest houses with gable roofs - Fountain, access roads, and boundary wall A garage, cabana, horse stable, and a shaded parking area with a cabana-style roof - Every structure and landscape element was modeled to visualize the full experience of the estate.

Client Brief

The client envisioned a fully detailed farm property combining residential comfort, hospitality, and equestrian function. The design required special attention to gable rooflines, traditional aesthetics, and fine architectural details such as column trims, window framing, and realistic textures.

Design Features

The main mansion anchors the estate with interlinked rooms beneath varied gable roof sections, giving it a layered and grand appearance. Smaller guest houses, a central fountain, and a cabana lounge add balance and function across the landscape. The garage and parking area are complemented with a cabana roof structure, while the horse stable is placed with ample spacing and paths. From stair trims to boundary wall finishes, each element was crafted to reflect architectural consistency and style.

Technology & Tools

We used SketchUp + V-Ray for modeling and rendering, Lumion for landscape realism, and Revit/AutoCAD for base layouts. Post-production was handled in Photoshop to ensure presentation-quality visuals.

Impact

These visuals provided the client with a clear and compelling presentation tool, helping refine design decisions and support contractor discussions. The high level of detailing also elevated the renderings beyond concept visuals to near-constructible references.

Design Philosophy

This project demonstrates how thoughtful 3D visualization can bring complexity and clarity to large-scale residential estates. Blending modern luxury with rustic charm, the design celebrates both lifestyle and architecture—down to the finest detail.
